First let me say that Bill did refund my money. He is the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever come across in a customer service based company. He says he's been in the business for 40 years, but still does not know how to open an attachment in a text on his phone. He screwed up the card royally and then tried to blame it on me and used every cuss word in the book when talking to me on the phone. He then had the audacity to call my girlfriend and tell her the Flowers were compliments of him. Very rude individual, good luck with your order, might want to go down in person and write want you want on a blackboard so he understands. He will still probably screw it up.........
